Estimation, Recovery & Optimization, together with Inference, for Cluster Analysis — Gaia open-cluster membership, isochrone fitting, and structural analysis.

EROTICA is built on a philosophy of options with disclosure: for each choice that affects the science (which features to cluster on, whether to fold in measurement errors, whether membership is a number or a posterior) the package offers the alternatives and documents their trade-offs. The scientist chooses what fits their cluster — the package does not force a single path, but it will not ship a default that performs badly on the common case.
